My name is Wade Ikard, I am a Qualified Professional (QP) with Life Alliance, located in Statesville NC. I have spent the last 25 years serving Iredell County and surrounding areas in various capacities. If I was to describe my life's passion it would be simply to make things happen. I love to see small seeds illuminate into beautiful blooms and reach their potential development. Whether it is clients or projects, my ambition is simply motivation and growth. I attended Southern New Hampshire University and obtained my Master's in Community Economic Development. I bring to Life Alliance my experience developing community relationships, cultivating opportunities and establishing new clientele. My previous endeavors as an Account Executive, Program Coordinator for Community Employment, Weed and Seed Coordinator and QP gives me a unique insight into the needs of both Life Alliance and the clients we serve. I am thankful for the opportunity presented to me by Life Alliance in 2017 and the wealth of experience and knowledge I have gained.
My motto is that we focus on the capabilities of the one’s we serve and not their disabilities.
